Data collected
We collect information you provide in a service request or account, and limited technical data needed for security. Form contents are not sent to analytics.
Audience measurement and performance
Google Analytics 4 is enabled on the public site only with your consent; the portal and administration are excluded, and no form contents are transmitted. Cloudflare, our network and security provider, also processes edge requests and supplies technical performance measurements without cross-site tracking cookies.
Use and retention
Information is used to respond to requests, provide service, secure the portal and retain authorized compliance records. It is not sold.
