How Norméo collects, uses and protects personal information.
Data collected
We collect information you provide in a service request, message or account, and limited technical data needed for security. Form contents are not sent to analytics.
Address assistance and validation
When Google assistance is enabled, the entered address may be sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest or evaluate a normalized address. Manual entry remains available, and Norméo retains the supplied version and validation state. This service is currently disabled until cost and key controls are finalized.
Phone and voicemail
When Twilio call handling is enabled, call metadata and voicemail are treated as service information available only to authorized operations staff. The greeting announces recording. A transcription may be produced for operational follow-up when that capability is enabled. The recording and transcript follow a 90-day operational retention period.
Audience measurement and performance
Google Analytics 4 is enabled on the public site only with your consent; the portal and administration are excluded, and no form contents are transmitted. Cloudflare, our network and security provider, also processes edge requests and supplies technical performance measurements without cross-site tracking cookies.
Use and retention
Information is used to respond to requests, provide service, secure the portal and retain authorized compliance records. It is not sold.
